We seek an experienced Personal Brand SMMto join our social media team for high-ticket modern Personal Branding services. We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked with individual clients and built their brands, not candidates who have experience working with products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting high-converting short-form and long-form organic video content for individual creators (ideally Personal Brands in the education content pillar). You should possess an in-depth understanding of the unique dynamics of all the major social platforms and be skilled in targeting audiences and turning them into long-term followers and buyers.

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Personal Brand SMMto join our dynamic PR team. This role involves developing and implementing innovative social media strategies to enhance our clients' brand and online presence, engage their target audiences, and complement our broader PR campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Personal Branding strategies for high-level entrepreneurs in alignment with their PR goals.
• Creating content ideas, scripting ideas, directing the client’s film sessions, scheduling content in a calendar, and posting content with captions.
• Create engaging, relevant content across multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media posts, campaigns, and accounts using analytics and metric tracking best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
• Collaborate with PR, marketing, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy for our clients.
• Manage and grow online communities, responding to comments and engaging with followers in a timely and respectful manner.
• Coordinate with influencers, podcasters, and other partners for collaborative social media campaigns.
• Oversee social media ad budgets and campaigns (if applicable).
• Provide crisis management support on social media as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Years of experience in social media management, preferably within a remote PR or marketing agency.
• Growth and Revenue results from passed accounts and clients managed
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with social media marketing and budget management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Managing a high volume of work without getting overwhelmed
