Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic PR team. This role involves developing and implementing innovative social media strategies to enhance our clients' online presence, engage their target audiences, and complement our broader PR campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various clients in alignment with their PR goals.
- Creating scripts, directing the client's film sessions, and executing viral content and strategies.
- Create engaging, relevant content across multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools; adjust strategies based on insights gained.
- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with PR, marketing, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy.
- Manage and grow online communities, responding to comments and engaging with followers in a timely and respectful manner.
- Coordinate with influencers and other partners for collaborative social media campaigns.
- Oversee social media ad budgets and campaigns.
- Provide crisis management support on social media as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- years of experience in social media management, preferably within a PR or marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with social media advertising and budget management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
