Personal Assistant/Nanny

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Personal Assistant/nanny to support the General Manager of our wedding venues. This role requires previous experience in childcare, excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic schedule. The ideal candidate must be available on weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager
• Maintain an organized schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments
• Assist with work-related tasks both at the office and remotely
• Offer support with personal tasks at home, including extensive care for the newborn
• Engage in interactive activities such as reading books, playing games, and taking walks with the newborn
• Create a structured daily routine for the children
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children
• Assist with household chores
• Flexibility to accommodate varying hours and occasional weekend work
• Experience with infants is essential, as you'll be actively involved in the child's daily routine

Qualifications:

• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Availability on weekends and some evenings
• Experience working with infants, including reading, playing, and outdoor activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in childcare, nannying, or caregiving
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
• Ability to cook nutritious meals for children
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with children
• First aid certification is preferred but not required
• Clean background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
