We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office management tasks, and possess strong organizational abilities. This position is primarily remote, with weekly or bi-weekly meetings at the office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
-Manage Quickbooks entries and payroll
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Conduct research and compile information as requested
- Compile job supply list and spec sheets for carpenters and clients
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
-5+ years experience managing Quickbooks for a small business
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with office management procedures and accounting principles
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Professional phone etiquette and experience with phone systems
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and protocols
