Position: Personal Assistant

Location: Mendoza Ford

Type: Full-time *This is NOT a remote position*

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Calendar Management:** Efficiently organize and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.

2. **Task Prioritization:** Handle a variety of tasks with a keen eye for detail. Will need bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience.

3. **Travel Coordination:** Arrange seamless travel plans if/when necessary

4. **Communication Liaison:** Act as a bridge between executives and various stakeholders, maintaining clear and concise communication.

5. **Problem-Solving:** Tackle challenges head-on, demonstrating resourcefulness and the ability to think on your feet.

6. **Other** Handle personal errands and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Bookkeeping & QuickBooks experience.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software and scheduling tools.
