At Your Service Housekeeper/Personal Assistant Part Time

At Your Service by Christwood is seeking Part Time Housekeepers to join our team.
POSITION SUMMARY
Performs housekeeping duties in client's homes in accordance to At Your Service by Christwood standards, such as vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bath/ shower, kitchens and dusting of all areas and any other items as requested by the client and/or supervisor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide housekeeping services in accordance to daily assignment
• Perform both basic and detailed deep cleans when required
• Ability to work in a team setting when assigned
• Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
• Report any broken property in client's homes to supervisor a timely manner
• Meet and exceed expectations of clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Complete daily tasks and assignments efficiently and to the highest of standards
• Follow all guidelines outlining standards of attendance and punctuality.
• Responsible for reporting and completing work at assigned times
• Will require travel to other locations, running errands, home organization tasks, and performing personal assistance services as assigned
• Perform additional duties and services as assigned by the Executive Director of At Your Service
• Participate in any trainings assigned by Executive Director or Team Lead
• Demonstrate an awareness of and adherence to safety and legal requirements maintaining a safe environment for all. Report any accidents, injuries, and unsafe equipment and conditions to the Executive Director in a timely manner. He/she needs to immediately report and correct, if possible, unsafe conditions or equipment. Comply with relevant regulations and standards and policies governing safe workplace environment.

• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to manage time and schedules efficiently
• Has a great attention to detail when performing tasks
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Work well unsupervised
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with clients.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Comfort and willingness to interact with pets in a positive and respectful manner
• Communicate effectively
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Clean driving record
• Work exemplifies the mission and standards of At Your Service by Christwood

SKILLS

• General computer knowledge including the ability to learn and use the work order system.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• *Moderate physical effort 95% of the day. Must be able to lift up to 40 Lbs. Must be able to stoop and work from a kneeling position, perform repetitive bending, reaching, and stretching. Must be able to operate a vacuum cleaner, work in confined spaces around furniture and breakable objects and have constant contact with residents. Good visual and Hearing required. Good verbal communication skills required.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Must be able to work within clients homes and on Christwood Campus
• May be exposed to offensive smells and odors.
• Must be comfortable working in environments with pets present

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.68 - $18.88 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
