Personal Assistant

We are hiring an individual who wants to join a company that needs additional organization structure in our office.

The ideal candidate is someone who can get three adults to sit down and meet for one hour every week, prepare the agenda, accumulate the documents, and then follow up with action items for getting things done.

This person can take a task from instructions to completion with a minimum of guidance after getting the assignment. Think changing the trash pickup day from Tuesday to Friday, or posting a sign on the office door changing hours for a holiday. A home run is someone who can suggest the improvements themselves.

We need help tracking dozens of inquiries and leads, taking videos and photos we have accumulated and getting them posted on various websites and social media outlets, staying in front of deals and customers when we are busy. If this is something you can do, you should consider applying for this position.

This job is one that can become more, or possibly less, based upon your personal input and value to the company. We are looking for controlled initiative and the ability to work as a team with us to make the improvements we are implementing in our administration.

There will be a set schedule of hours so we can run on a routine. If you have school age children, we can create a schedule that allows you to be home when they are home. This is not a remote work position, you need to be in the office actively getting tasks done.

Some experience is probably required. Think prior office experience, educational experience, maturity and/or raising a large family. Ability to stretch a dollar seems like that would also be a good indicator of success. A sense of humor is going to go a long way towards making your work more enjoyable, and at time a sense of humor can make the chaos of custom work and our customers' needs less stressful.

Pay is a starting point for everyone. If you are good you will be paid more, possibly right away, but certainly within 90 days. If you are very good you can be paid very well.
