As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: - Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department - Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives - Assist with project coordination by organizing files, maintaining records, and tracking deadlines - Support event planning activities by researching venues, coordinating logistics, and managing guest lists - Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents accurately - Utilize DocuSign or similar software to assist with document signing processes - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential matters - Proficiently use Google Suite or similar tools for scheduling, document creation, and collaboration Qualifications: - Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred - Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and take initiative in completing tasks - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously - Previous experience in event planning is a plus Join our team as a Personal Assistant and contribute to the success of our organization through your administrative expertise.
