LifeSquire Connect, your assistant resource, is helping a CEO in the design industry in the Edmond area add the next great person to their team!

The right person will work closely with the executive to accomplish goals and create the perfect environment for their creativity and productivity! This position will offer the unique opportunity to jump-start an established, passionate, and thoughtful company into the next phase of business! Come make an impact!

Regular duties will include:

  • Create personal space for the meaningful moments by managing essential tasks that contribute significantly to a balanced life, such as errand-running, personal shopping, household organization and management, travel preparations and childcare assistance
  • Support business operations by owning the details, including scheduling, managing documentation flow, building maintenance coordination, mail handling, office organization and daily upkeep of the space
  • Exemplify exceptional organizational skills to support the CEO in the office by coordinating tasks, managing the details, and maintaining a structured approach to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Conduct pick-ups and drop-offs for business-related materials with clients and vendors, ensuring smooth logistical operations

In exchange for these qualities, the company is happy to offer an annual salary of $38,000-$42,000 per year along with medical benefits stipend, PTO, and paid holidays.
