Personal Assistant

```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our businesses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
- Provide general office support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Assist with document management using tools such as DocuSign
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Personal Assistant or administrative assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in customer service or as an office clerk is a plus
