The Role
The Personal Assistant role requires a commitment of 15 to 30 hours per week. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the individual with various tasks including but not limited to:
Help with processing mail, scanning/filing client documents,
Meet w/ local clients to pick up/drop off stuff when Meaghan is away.
Print, assemble, mail, file tax returns.
Go to Post Office & FedEx.
Help with employee and client gifts. Tech support for bookkeeper laptops. Set up, receive, return, wipe, backup, etc.
Help Meaghan with Amazon Returns, bank deposits, mailing checks, insurance paperwork, etc.
Drive Meaghan to/from airport.
Some support of other businesses.
Work closely with Meaghan’s EA re: her calendar.
Help Meaghan reply to/keep up with emails, slacks, Facebook messages, Voxs, Whatsapp, etc.
Reports to Meaghan/Meaghan’s EA..
This position offers a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic individual.
