I am seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to help me as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and assist with various tasks to help our team stay organized and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments,
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist business owner With bills. payment, filing and quick books entry.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Quick Books and all computer skills
