Personal Assistant

Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and personal support.

Personal Assistant to CEO

The successful candidate MUST be extremely organized, ability to pivot at a moment’s notice.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the routine maintenance of homes and vehicles.
• Make travel arrangements for the executive, including airfare, hotel, and car rental.
• Take notes during meetings and provide a summary of the meeting for the executive.
• Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications.
• Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Personal shopping / running errands.
• Hire and supervise household staff including maid services, culinary talent, landscaping and maintenance employees.
• Research, hire, and supervise vendors and contractors for home projects, as needed.
• Schedule all doctors’ appointments, manage calendar, and manage medications.
• Care for pets in the home and schedule veterinary appointments etc.
• Laundry and other light household duties.

Skills/Experience/Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or similar role.
• MUST have experience with the upkeep and needs for a personal estate including the selection of maid services, landscaping, pool maintenance, etc.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in high stress situations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexible schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must have a Driver’s license and vehicle to run errands as needed.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Upkeep and needs for a personal estate: 5 years (Preferred)
• Coordinator and planning home maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)
• Booking hotel and rental cars: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
