Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and energetic Personal Aide who can manage our CEO’s personal affairs and handle a wide range of tasks. Handles time-consuming responsibilities to sustain priorities. These include coordinating appointments, driving to and from places to free up executive’s time. This individual will be tasked to do light house cleaning/tidying-up as well.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Run errands as requested such as picking up prescription.
Arrange medical and personal appointments; provide necessary details.
Taking vehicle in for maintenance
Light housekeeping duties to keep home clean and neat.
Stocking fridge as requested/needed.
Shopping in store or picking up items.
Personal errands for children related matters such as creating an easter basket.
Picking up or dropping off items for dry cleaning
Additional responsibilities as periodically assigned.
Qualifications:
High School degree
2-3 years’ experience providing personal assistance to a high-level executive.
Able to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Ability to follow instructions.
Active listening and excellent communication skills
Highly organized and a problem solver
Professional work ethic
Able to sit, stand, bend, kneel and walk as needed.
Have reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
Be available to work on Tuesday-Saturday
Be willing to authorize and pass a criminal, drug, license, and credit background check.

The pay is based on the local market and on the skills that the individual brings to the opportunity as an Accounting Clerk. Generally in the $30-35 per hour range, DOE.
