Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, delivering outstanding customer service at the front desk.
• Perform a variety of Permanent Makeup services including microblading, tailored to each client's unique preferences and facial features.
• Enhance client satisfaction by recommending and upselling salon products and services related to Permanent Makeup.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations to uphold our salon's high standards of hygiene.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in Permanent Makeup, including microblading, to offer cutting-edge services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences and salon operations.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid Permanent Makeup Artist license.
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Permanent Makeup application, including microblading.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
• Proven ability to effectively upsell salon products and services.
• Strong understanding of retail math for accurate sales transactions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while paying meticulous attention to detail.
• An existing client following is advantageous, but a willingness to build one is equally valued.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $43,147.00 - $46,525.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
