Makeup Artist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Makeup Artist to join our team. As a Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional makeup application services to our clients. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Booth renting is available or you can work on a split commission

Duties:
- Perform makeup application services for clients, including but not limited to weddings, special events, and photoshoots
- Provide eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and other beauty services as required
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Ensure that all makeup products and tools are clean and sanitized before each use
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in makeup application
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring their satisfaction
- Assist with retail sales of makeup products to clients
- Collaborate with photographers and other professionals to create stunning looks for photoshoots

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Makeup Artist, preferably in a salon or spa setting
- Proficiency in various makeup techniques, including contouring, highlighting, and color correction
- Strong knowledge of different skin types and tones, as well as facial features
- Ability to work with a diverse range of clients and create customized looks based on their individual needs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their requirements
- Experience in retail sales of makeup products is a plus
- Familiarity with photography and its impact on makeup application is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $150.00 - $300.00 per day

Expected hours: 22 – 40 per week
