PETADATA is currently looking to hire for the position of Performance Tester for one of their clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Ideal candidate should collaborate with team members to identify/implement test techniques that are effective and efficient in meeting organizational goals for product quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

Must perform audits for adherence to adequate configuration management of test ware, including safe storage of test strategy/plan/case, test data, test scripts, test results, and other test assets.

Work with the development team to ensure the testability of product definition, plan test development, and execution efforts.

Analyze requirements and user needs and create Test Script.

Develop testing scripts using automation tools and programming languages, and running test scenarios using available data.

Should design, develop, and create test documentation for computer systems or programs based on business, client, and functional requirements.

Communicate and interact in a professional manner with all levels of staff and management to coordinate project deliverables, deliver status reports, and facilitate meetings.

Must be able to do multitasking when necessary and need to prioritize work without affecting the other activities.

Required Skills:

The candidate must create all performance testing deliverables including test approach, test plans, test requirements, and test results.

Must be an expert in using JMeter and LoadRunner to execute load testing against AIX, JAVA/J2EE, WebSphere, and DB2 environments.

Experience in using JIRA and confluence is a must.

Required complete knowledge about MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word).

Must work in a Finacial/Capital Marketing/Investments domain would be an add plus.

Should prepare the test documents in high standard in required forms (i.e., word, excel).

Must have good communication and verbal skills

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
