The People Services Admin is a part of the People Services (HR) team and is responsible for providing direct support to the Human Resources and Learning & Development teams with various administrative tasks and functions. This entry-level position will serve as the backup to various roles for intermittent coverage as needed. The People Services Admin will be the first point of contact for internal and external customer inquiries and concerns and will be able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Core Job Duties:
- Hybrid work at our office headquarters in Centennial, CO
- Administrative support of the Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS systems
- Support in regular report development and presentations
- Assist in the development of Microlearning training and deliver of New Hire Orientation
- Monitor, respond, and escalate inquiries in the HR & COVID inboxes daily
- Support administration functions and tasks required of the People Services department including but limited to: updating web-based platforms, license verification reminders, compliance training support, distribution of company-wide internal communications, exit interviews, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years of experience in administrative duties
- Intermediate level Excel and Microsoft 365 experience
- Highly organized and strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 or more years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Previous experience with design software (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, etc)
- Previous experience with HRIS, Payroll, Database, and/or project management systems
