What you can expect
We are looking for an individual contributor Sr. PXBP to coach senior leaders across our critical revenue organizations. Partnering with leaders and managers, you will drive initiatives around organizational and leadership effectiveness. The successful PXBP will have experience navigating high-growth and dynamic environments. Comfortable with ambiguous situations, recognizing when it's appropriate to introduce more structure and process without derailing the current output. The Sr. PXBP will possess interpersonal skills and can build solid relationships based on trust and transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers in Sales as it relates to people strategy

  • Coaching leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics

  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues and legal risk while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Providing guidance and assist in the implementation of business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling

  • Coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective ongoing feedback

  • Coordinating with the Center of Excellence and Global PX partners to deliver PX programs to the business

What we’re looking for

  • Have 8-10 years of HR Business Partner experience, partnering directly with leaders within Sales Organization both direct and non-direct

  • Have proven ability to establish relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization

  • Be able to demonstrate empathy and experience driving inclusion work

  • Be able to demonstrate project management and change management experience.

  • Have demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and ability to cultivate relationships across teams.

  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action

  • Possess consulting, coaching and facilitation skills

  • Possess the ability to handle ambiguity with ease

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$105,600.00

Maximum:

$195,400.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.


Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
