As a People & Culture Intern (Human Resources), you'll Implement and administer Human Resources programs, policies, and practices as a standalone resource or in a shared-services HR model. Responds to employee inquiries, questions and complaints; provides information, guidance and direction on HR programs, processes, and procedures to employees and managers. Tracks and compiles issue logs and complaints; provides feedback on HR policy and programs to area specialists and management.

Responsibilities
What You Can Expect:
- New Hire Orientation programs: Support our program roll out for Navistar locations by assisting with facilitation, logistics, follow up and evaluation of the program.
- Employee Experience Impact: Support structure of orientation to enhance our employee experience.
- Data Archive Project Employee Files: Support and ensure our personnel files have appropriate documentation with legal regulations and employee privacy
- Data Analysis: Review and analyze documents and provide recommendations
- Communications: Help craft communications in support of our P&C programs.
Minimum Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Additional Requirements
- Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B or F-1 status)
