You will be responsible for hiring, benefits administration, leave management, and ensuring company policies are upheld. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with managers for hiring.
• Design job descriptions, source candidates, and conduct new hire interviews.
• Implement orientation and recognition programs.
• Administer human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave.
• Handle employment-related inquiries and disciplinary matters.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HR laws, Microsoft Office, and HRIS systems.
• Capacity to promote teamwork and uphold security policies.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• At least one year of HR experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
