As part of the Global People Team reporting to the Chief People Officer, the People Business Partner will be responsible for all HR related matters in relation to ensuring a smooth and successful transition from exciting scale-up to Neat’s eventual IPO. You will oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and program management. You will communicate with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.
Responsibilities
Monitor internal HR systems and databases
Design and implement company policies
Monitor key HR metrics
Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
Create detailed reports on HR costs
Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools
Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
Requirements and skills
Experience with implementing SOX compliance in a pre-IPO setting
Experience from the technology industry a strong plus
Knowledge of scaling businesses a must
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
Analytical and goal oriented
BS degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
Good knowledge of labor law
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field or equivalent experience
MSc in HR is a plus
