We are currently hiring a Peer Navigator, to work in our Care Coordination Office. As the Peer Navigator, you would be responsible for:
- Engagement and Outreach to people who use drugs
- Linkage and Navigation
- Care plan Implementation
- Risk reduction education
Peer Navigator Minimum Salary: $19.48
Peer Navigator Maximum Salary: $19.48
Peer Navigator Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-3 years’ experience working with People Who Use Drugs
