Job Description
To provide primary health care services to children, teens, young adults, and their families, including health promotion and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Health maintenance, developmental screen, depression screen, immunizations, lab works, age-appropriate anticipatory guidance, preventive counseling, checking labs, discuss results with parents and or patients.
- Should have 2 years of minimum EPIC EMR experience
- Must have 2 years of Pediatrics experience as a Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner.
- Should be able to see 25+ patients/per day.
- Should be able to close the chart in 24 hours.
- Sick visits, follow-ups, checking labs, checking patient messages, and writing prescriptions.
- Newborn visits, hospital discharge follow-up, breastfeeding services. Facilitate Direct admission to the hospital if necessary.
- A Simple procedure like Nebulizer treatment, PFT, nasopharyngeal swabs, immunization, TB test, stitches, Wart removal, cryo, cauterization, and staple removal.
- Referral to pediatrics subspecialties, and direct communications with the specialist if necessary.
Job Details:
- Taking after-hours calls, working 1-2 Saturdays/month(10-2 pm).
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract.
- Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour.
