Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and caring Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to pediatric patients, collaborating with our experienced team of healthcare professionals, and contributing to the success of Fairfield Pediatrics.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough physical assessments of pediatric patients
- Diagnosing and treating common pediatric illnesses and injuries
- Administering vaccinations and other necessary medications
- Providing patient education on preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of Fairfield Pediatrics
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Pediatric Nurse Practitioner studies
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare
- Ability to work part-time hours as agreed upon
