Pediatrician

Live Urgent Care Jr. proudly serves as the first and only Pediatric Urgent Care facility in the heart of Hoboken, NJ! We are actively seeking an ideal candidate for the position—a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician who is enthusiastic about contributing their expertise in an urgent care setting specifically designed for pediatric patients. We are located at the heart of Hoboken between 6th and 7th of Washington!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physical examinations on pediatric patients
• Diagnose and address acute illnesses in children
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Educate parents and caregivers on child health and well-being
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient
• Stay informed about advancements in pediatric medicine and adhere to best practices

Requirements:

• Possession of a medical degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of a residency program in pediatrics
• Board certification or eligibility for board certification in pediatrics
• Valid medical license for practicing as a pediatrician
• Solid understanding of pediatric physiology, diseases, and treatments
• Proficiency in medical terminology, ICD-10 coding, and DME documentation
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $120.00 - $140.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
