Looking for a highly motivated physical/occupational/speech therapist/BCBA to join our clinic management team in Highland, IN.
As a Clinic Assistant Manager, your job will be to lead and manage our Highland, IN clinic via day-to-day interactions working alongside our other management staff to foster a positive and accountable culture. We have a strong and dedicated staff who love what they do and require a manager who is just as passionate!

Assistant Manager Job duties include:
- Manage direct reports including PT/OT/ST/ABA
- Payroll hours verification
- Work alongside other management members
- Implement direct report specific L10 meetings, quarterly conversations, 30/60/90 day reviews, annual reviews
- Coordinate onboarding for new staff
- Participate in management-specific meetings
- Treat patients within the clinic
- Problem-solve issues with our therapists and coordinators
- Input data related to clinic performance
- Report on clinic performance monthly
- Participate in clinic budgeting and monthly spending
- Manage day to day needs of the clinic
- Monitor staffing needs regularly
- Participate in interview and hiring process
- Quarterly chart audit reviews
- Building Raintree proficiencies
- Report to IN Clinics Manager, and attend to delegated projects

- Active license
- Two years minimum experience in your field required
- Previous experience in management is preferred but will consider all candidates
- Ability to give and receive open and honest communication
