Our goal is to provide professional Speech Language services and compassionate care to the families we serve. We believe in supporting the wellbeing of each individual, therapists included, so we have less paperwork and offer flexible work hours.
Duties:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders/delays in patients, primarily the early intervention population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
- Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the treatment process
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on strategies for improving communication skills.
- Willing to travel to client homes in Fontana/Rialto area and nearby cities - Flexible with therapists' preference of service areas.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and families of all backgrounds
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Knowledge of various assessment tools and therapy techniques used in speech-language pathology
- Organizational skills to manage caseloads, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid State license in Speech-Language Pathology
- At least one year of experience with pediatrics
- Master's degree
- Has trainings or willing to have trainings on: CPR/First Aid, Mandated Reporter, Sexual Harassment Prevention, and Blood-borne pathogens
- Has valid driver's license and car insurance
Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
