We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapist to serve as our Agency Subject Matter expert (SME) to establish best practices, oversee current and future clinical therapy and process initiatives, and mentor and coach our team of Occupational Therapists around the nation.
The SME role will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive Occupational Therapy programs that align with our organization's mission and values. This is a dual role, both operational and clinical, so the ideal candidate should be passionate about providing direct therapy to clients as well as furthering the department and company.

About What You’ll Work On
Provide strategic direction and leadership for MeBe’s Occupational Therapy services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality therapy programs and compliance with industry standards and techniques.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, licensure requirements, and accreditation standards related to Occupational Therapy services in CA, WA, and AZ.
Establish and monitor quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards of care and service delivery.
Train, mentor, coach, and evaluate Occupational therapy staff, fostering a skilled, collaborative, and supportive team.
Arrange and host CEU and agency wide Pediatrics and Occupational Therapy trainings, and hold monthly clinical roundtables with clinical team
Review and assess therapy techniques, ensuring they are evidence-based and patient-centered.
Maintain an average caseload of 15 direct clinical hours per week on average and associated administrative caseload time. This includes creating treatment plans, evaluations, sessions and session documentation.
Collaborate seamlessly with ABA and SLP providers across our regions and be a spokesperson for Multidisciplinary care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate Occupational Therapy services into overall patient care plans.
Partner with Sr. Regional Directors to assist in starting and growing OT business within their region through community outreach and marketing activities, assisting with provider oversight (caseload management, billable requirements)
Partner with Family Success department to provide the needed resources to convert OT prospects
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist and eligibility for certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Team member must reside in one of the following service areas and have a valid certification: WA, AZ, or CA.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the pediatric population preferred.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based Occupational Therapy practices and therapeutic interventions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Pay: $90,000- $110,000, depending on experience
