Pediatric therapy practice seeking a fulltime, experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for improving the lives of children and their families. Our team is invested in building relationships with patients and their caregivers to ensure access to therapy programs that match each child's specific needs while ensuring seamless coordination of care. Our therapists are responsible for the delivery a fully completed plan of care resulting in an educated and satisfied patient with improved function. Services are provided to children 0-18yrs old in our 4000 sqft sensory clinic, charter/private schools, and the natural environment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Completed evaluation
- Developed individualized POC with functional outcomes stated
- Completed treatment/session with improved performance outcome
- Through and Timely documentation of progression towards objectives
- Completed accurate charges submitted
- Delivered evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Educated caregiver/patient, who schedule and arrive, according to their POC
- Ensured patient goals were met in a timely manner
- Discharged patient with a completed a discharge summary
- Resulted in a positive parent questionnaire
- Friends and family referrals
- Upkeep of therapy/clinic space
- Ensured quality outcomes
- Weekly mentorship and collaboration with Lead

Compensation and Benefits:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, No Weekends
