Duties: Under the supervision of the Director of Children's Services, the Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) will provide early intervention services to children, starting at birth to three years old, in a home-based setting. This role will be responsible for the evaluation of the child and the implementation of the occupational therapy treatment plan. The OT will also be responsible for appropriate communication (verbal & written) with family members, service coordinators and intake/billing specialists.
Requirements: A minimum of a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (or Bachelor's degree if licensed prior to 2007). NBCOT certification is required. Tennessee Occupational Therapist license required. Two or more years of experience is preferred. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and must possess a valid TN, AR, or MS driver's license.
