Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic caregivers (HCA) to join our team. As an integral part of our caregiving family, you will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful and supportive manner.
• Create a warm and positive environment, fostering a sense of companionship and trust.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health conditions to the care management team.
• Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities.
• Maintain care by adhering to proper hygiene procedures, proper lifting techniques, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid registration as a Home Care Aide (HCA).
• Previous experience in caregiving preferred.
• Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to make a difference in others' lives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying needs and provide personalized care.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
