Job Description
**We are supported by a fellow charter school, Spokane International Academy, in streamlining the application process by using their Nimble platform. Rest assured you are applying to PCM located in Pullman, Washington, not Spokane International Academy. If you want to apply to Pullman Montessori located in Gladish Community and Cultural Center (115 NW State St, Pullman, WA 99163) please continue!**
Pullman Community Montessori endeavors to live out its charter school agreement to create a high-performing, high-fidelity Montessori school that partners with families and the community. The aim is to guide students from the diverse populations among us to grow to their potential intellectually, emotionally, socially, creatively, culturally, and physically, so that they can pursue lives rich with opportunity and full of meaning and joy.
Subbing at PCM is different from subbing in a traditional school setting. PCM subs serve as the second adult in the room. Unless a sub is Montessori trained and possesses a state certificate or is emergency certified, they will not be asked to lead the Montessori classroom environment. For this reason we can accept subs who do not have state certification. If you have more questions about how subbing works at PCM please reach out to the main office 509-432-9124.
