```Job Summary:```

Mon-Fri from 10am to 1pm.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by helping them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

```Responsibilities:```
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Administer medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental condition
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Follow all resident rights policies and procedures

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Knowledge of senior care principles and practices
- Ability to provide hospice care and support
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors
- Basic first aid knowledge and certification is a plus
