Pca Personal Care Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need of Personal Care services. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathy and compassion for individuals requiring Personal Care assistance
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patience and understanding when working with individuals with physical or cognitive limitations
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules
