To direct and assist guest and associates with communication needs in accordance with Omni Standards.
Responsibilities: - Answer console.
- Direct phone calls to appropriate Personnel.
- Assist all guests and associates.
- Log all guest complaints, issues work orders in Synergy and Epitome.
- Wake-up calls.
- Understand all emergency procedures.
- Understand all radio signals
- Understand all amenities and services of the Resort
- Understand all Moments of Service scenarios
- Telephone and keyboard, pen/pencil, photo-copying machine, computer and printer, radio.
Qualifications:
Required Skills: Customer Service, Cash Handling, Computer Skills
