Exciting Opportunity:

The Infrastructure Technical Architect for Digital Workplace is responsible for creating and executing modern workplace solutions to boost operational efficiency and align with our strategic objectives. Your role will involve close collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure the development and implementation of secure, robust, and cost-effective technology solutions. As the Infrastructure Technical Architect, you will uphold architectural principles and standards by planning, designing, and coordinating multi-year technology roadmaps. Reporting to the Infrastructure Solutions Architecture Team Lead, you will play a key role in shaping our technological landscape.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of modern workplace solutions, such as cloud services, mobile device management, virtual desktop infrastructures, and collaboration tools
  • Engage with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with our goals
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Workplace tech leads on all solutions, fostering brainstorming and standardization of processes
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current technology environments to identify areas for enhancement and integration of cutting-edge technologies
  • Act as a go-to expert and advisor on modern workplace technologies, offering guidance to technical teams and business stakeholders while collaborating with the Digital Workplace AVP
  • Organize and lead workshops and meetings with IT and business partners to collect feedback and ensure proposed solutions meet our requirements
  • Oversee the deployment of new solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies
  • Enhance workplace technology solutions by staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all designs, configurations, and deployment procedures
  • Serve as a product owner for endpoint management, updating requirements and acceptance criteria, and driving the evolution of the modern workplace

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in an IT architecture role
  • Solid grounding in Microsoft infrastructure technologies, such as Active Directory and Azure AD
  • Expertise in managing endpoint devices and delivering applications via platforms like Intune
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, global teams effectively
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building
  • Agile mindset with experience in Scrum or similar methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problems-solving capabilities, with excellent multitasking skills
