Responsibilities:
- Ensures payroll entries/reconciliation process is completed timely and accurately according to schedule.
- Ensures weekly payroll audit is completed and forms signed and collected, ensures all payroll policies are followed.
- Provides a wide range of administrative support to employees, vendors, and other parties as needed.
- Assists employees with payroll, vacation and benefits self-service programs and assists with the resolution of employee relations issues as applicable.
- Works closely with supervisors and employees on the administration and tracking of paid time off programs and driving compliance with Company policies.
- Responsible for accurate set-up and maintenance of employee files and training records. Proactively tracks the expirations of I9 documents and coordinates renewal with employees in a timely fashion.
- Completes verifications of employment for employee financial, citizenship, or other purposes upon receipt of release of information from employee.
- Assists with preparation of birthday, holiday, anniversary and employee appreciation celebrations.
- Provides support for internal and external audits as applicable.
- May provide administrative support to other functional groups.
Qualifications:
- High school education or GED; Associates or Bachelor's degree a plus
- 4-6 years of human resources administration experience including payroll administration
- Prior experience developing work procedures and training documentation preferred
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Prior experience processing payroll preferably with ADP products such as ADP Vantage and e-Time
- Familiarity with HR management systems a plus
