We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll/Billing Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll/Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the billing and payroll process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining confidential information and accurate processes.
```Duties```
- Complie and generate weekly payroll
- Employee onboarding
- Monthly Union Reporting
- Progress Billing
- Process payments from clients
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
- Assist with answering phone
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role
- Proficiency in using Excel software
- Knowledge of payroll management, accounts receiveable, and customer service. Job cost experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
