Payroll/Accounts Payable Administrator

We are currently seeking a Payroll/Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team. If you are looking for an opportunity to apply your Administration skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment please read on!

What you'll be doing:

Process payroll to ensure efficiency, reliability and accuracy. Promptly address the concerns of employees and management. Process invoices and special requests for payment, including approval verification, voucher match and input in the accounts payable system. Prepare payables checks. Resolve problems that arise with suppliers. Prepare reports for use with cash flow analysis and needs projections.

What you will need:

·Knowledge of payroll processing and the fundamentals of payroll practice, its preparation and processing.

·Knowledge of federal, state and local payroll taxation and regulatory requirements. Knowledge of state sales and use tax regulations.

·General knowledge of SAP ERP, Concur A/P & Expense Reports and ADP payroll systems preferred.

·General knowledge of the procedures in the purchasing and receiving departments.

·Excellent communication skill and an ability to deal with people as clients/customers who have concerns that must be addressed quickly.

·Proficiency in MS Office.

·Associate’s degree preferred.
