Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the Firm's expense software and processes as well as verify and track expense reports
- Manage AP including facilitating payments of vendors which may include reviewing purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
- Review and approve timesheets for hourly employees in compliance with FLSA
- Process and manage payroll including reporting and resolving discrepancies
- Reconciling credit card and bank accounts
- Understanding the importance of strict confidentiality with sensitive information
- Assisting with operational functions required by a growth-oriented law firm
Requirements:
- High school diploma is required, some college is preferred
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, spelling and grammar skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency
The normal business hours are 8:30 to 5:30, Monday through Friday but may occasionally require more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.
