ADECCO IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A Payroll Supervisor FOR ONE OF OUR TOP CLIENTS!  Location: Greenville, SC

Pay rate range: $33.38/hr

Temp to hire

Office Days - Tuesday-Thursday Remote Days - Mondays and FridayCore Business Hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Payroll Operations Supervisor leads the team responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of employee payroll and actions in partnership with managed services provider(s). The Payroll Operations Supervisor serves as a point of escalation to resolve payroll related issues and is the day-to-day liaison with the managed services provider.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (OR HS Diploma with 10+ years of experience) Required

• 5+ Years multi-state, multi-entity, high volume (7,000+ employees) payroll processing experience required

• 3+ Payroll Team supervisor/leadership experience required.

• Experience with ADP GlobalView, Ceridian Dayforce and SuccessFactors HR, preferred

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), preferred

Additional Skills:

• Ability to research, understand, and apply intermediate federal, state, and local tax regulations relating to payroll, labor, and employment.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel proficiency

• Must understand the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, including quarter and year end requirements.

• Ability to work in team environment that is highly customer service oriented.

• Ability and willingness to work flexible work hours to ensure payroll deadlines are met.

Pay Details: $33.38 per hour
