Requirements:
Processing Payroll Requirements are Preferred

• Commitment to accuracy
• Emphasis on integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Strong computer proficiency, including MS Word & Outlook; intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge is required
• Preferred knowledge of payroll system Paylocity
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills, promoting positive working relationships both internally and externally
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities Include:

• Process multiple payrolls on biweekly and monthly frequencies and special payrolls as needed
• Execute required deductions such as child support orders, court orders, government levies, and other garnishments
• Work closely with payroll manager and controllers to ensure all postings to accounting are accurate
• Produce both scheduled and on-demand reporting
• Provide the highest quality support to department managers and associates
• Communicate with other team members to help facilitate new hire, termination, transfer, and pay change processes
• Know, communicate, and enforce our policies and procedures as they relate to your duties
