Requirements:
Processing Payroll Requirements are Preferred
- Commitment to accuracy
- Emphasis on integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Word & Outlook; intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge is required
- Preferred knowledge of payroll system Paylocity
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills, promoting positive working relationships both internally and externally
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities Include:
- Process multiple payrolls on biweekly and monthly frequencies and special payrolls as needed
- Execute required deductions such as child support orders, court orders, government levies, and other garnishments
- Work closely with payroll manager and controllers to ensure all postings to accounting are accurate
- Produce both scheduled and on-demand reporting
- Provide the highest quality support to department managers and associates
- Communicate with other team members to help facilitate new hire, termination, transfer, and pay change processes
- Know, communicate, and enforce our policies and procedures as they relate to your duties
