Payroll Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of payroll procedures. Responsibilities: - Process payroll for employees using ADP and Kronos systems - Calculate and enter employee hours, deductions, and adjustments - Review timesheets for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit statements - Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations - Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation - Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters - Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data in the payroll system - Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll information Experience: - Previous experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role - Proficient in using ADP and Kronos systems - Strong knowledge of payroll processes, including debits/credits, accounts payable, and account reconciliation - Familiarity with financial concepts related to payroll - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Note: This is a full-time position.
