ABOUT THE ROLE

The HRIS Administrator is responsible to maintain all electronic and physical employee files for the Greyston Bakery. Processes the weekly payroll for the Bakery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Manage HRIS (ADP TotalSource)
• Process weekly payroll for Greyston Bakery
• Track compliance with attendance policy
• Create reports as needed

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 2-4 years experience in HR and Payroll; experience with ADP TotalSource and ezLabor preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret and explain complex documents and financial information
• Proven ability create reports as needed

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
