ABOUT THE ROLE
The HRIS Administrator is responsible to maintain all electronic and physical employee files for the Greyston Bakery. Processes the weekly payroll for the Bakery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
- Manage HRIS (ADP TotalSource)
- Process weekly payroll for Greyston Bakery
- Track compliance with attendance policy
- Create reports as needed
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 2-4 years experience in HR and Payroll; experience with ADP TotalSource and ezLabor preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines
- Ability to read, analyze, interpret and explain complex documents and financial information
- Proven ability create reports as needed
