Responsibilities include processing and auditing of all company benefits and payroll functions, as well as additional office functions when required. Responsibilities:
- Payroll / Certified Payroll
- Benefits Processing (401K, Insurance, Benefits Portal)
- Workers Comp Paperwork
- New Hire Paperwork Processing
- Termination Paperwork Processing
- Processing / Handling / Organizing sensitive employee & company information
- Additional miscellaneous duties
Requirements:
- Discretion & Confidentiality with sensitive information
- Microsoft Suite
- Google Docs
- Well Organized / Detail Oriented
- Comfortable with Construction / Mechanical Atmosphere
Other Details:
- Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm with 1 hour lunch time TBD
- Salary $55K - $70K Determined on Experience
