We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to join our team in our Gilbert, AZ office.

Our Payroll Assistant is responsible for the following:
- Collect, audit, track incoming timecards.
- Upload hours into various client systems.
- Upload invoices into payment systems.
- Filing.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Arrive in business attire Monday – Thursday. Enjoy Casual Fridays!
Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate to strong skills in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Must be well organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Must be a self-starter who can prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
