Commercial Floor Covering Company seeking a full time material management assistant/payroll coordinator. Looking for an energetic organized individual to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Entering materials in as received in JobRunner from packing slip.
Creating pick tickets for daily pick ups.
Working with warehouse team in confirming materials are available.
Checking on purchase orders and pushing back materials not needed.
Entering payroll in Excel, deducting from work orders.
Working with field team to make sure project is complete to be paid to installer.
Calling on project to confirm complete and customer is satisfied.
Requirements:
Proficient with Excel and creating spreadsheets
Very accurate and detail oriented
Pluses:
Experience in floor covering
Familiar with blue prints
