Position:Showroom Associate

As a Showroom Associate, you are the face of our brand and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional consumer experiences. This role requires a consumer-centric mindset, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to contribute to the overall success of our stores. This Position will be in one of our store locations in the MA/CT area.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of the brand, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Listen actively to customer needs and preferences, building relationships rather than focusing solely on sales.
• Ask relevant questions to understand the consumer and make them feel comfortable during their shopping journey.
• Deliver a desired consumer experience while tailoring it to provide a personalized journey for each customer.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Execute the desired store layout and signage, maintaining a professional, clean, and organized showroom and contribute to the overall aesthetics and atmosphere of the store.
• Have an in-depth understanding of our product line-up, including specifications and features.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product innovations.
• Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve core metric target goals, such as revenue, mattress sales, attachment rates, mix percentages, and consumer satisfaction.
• Understand and manage individual store Profit & Loss statements to meet financial goals.
• Educate consumers on all available service options, including in-store purchases, phone orders, online orders, delivery, pick-up, and in-home setup.
• Bring innovative ideas to enhance the in-store experience, and improve conversion rates.

Requires:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of mattress products and industry trends.
• Ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics.
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations.
• Background check upon hire.
