BayCare Clinic Corporate Headquarters is looking for a Payroll / Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. No Holidays! No Weekends!

We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. The Job:
- Schedules and coordinates meetings.
- Ensures minutes are properly recorded for department meetings.
- Indexes all invoices to the appropriate department for approval.
- Verifies all payments before mailing.
- Scanning, filing, and special projects.
- Sorts mail, coordinates calendars, and provides administrative assistance for department manager.
- Responsible for the department archives.
- Company contact for office supplies and equipment.
- Respects and maintains confidentiality.
- Works in a safe, compliant and ethical manner at all times.
The Requirements:
- AAS in business or related field preferred.
- Extensive experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
